SCA Warehouse Specialist, Part-time
Personnel shall be capable and competent, qualified to perform material handling, relocation, and distribution work. Shall be knowledgeable of techniques required to handle and pick up all types of material (e.g. administrative supplies, bulk stock, computers, furniture, safes, etc). Duties involve manually loading and offloading trucks or other transporting devices; unpacking material goods and equipment, and transporting material goods and equipment to storage locations; stacking and palletizing material goods and equipment; removing material goods from storage and preparing them for shipment; packing material goods and equipment, and preparing shipping manifest and other records of goods shipped; inspecting shipments and process shipping receipts; verify shipment orders and ensuring items comply with formal shipping orders or documents; labeling shipment, and conducting inventory of stored material goods and equipment; operating pallet jacks and forklifts; using and operating warehouse automotive devices and programs, including barcode scanner equipment.
Basic Qualifications: Qualified candidates must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph, High school education, a minimum of two (2) years experience working in a warehouse and possess all licenses for powered industrial trucks. Must be physically able to perform the assigned work and shall possess the capability to lift materials and equipment weighing at least 70 pounds.
