Senior Balance Sheet & Working Capital Specialist
The Senior Balance Sheet & Working Capital Specialist isresponsible for the forecast and analysis of Chrysler Group LLC's consolidated balance sheet, working capital and associated cash flows. Multiple analyses of variances from actual results to budget, plan and prior periods are required, including preparation of monthly reporting packages to senior management. Further, budget analyses and multiple plan scenario analyses involving cash flows and balance sheet results are completed under extreme time constraints. This position will be involved in the implementation of the new SAP modules (called PentaSAP), and further coordination with Fiat in reporting methodology (IFRS) and systems (HFM). Additional duties will entail assistance with implementation of a new joint Fiat-Chrysler Business Plan scenario analysis system and eventual segment reporting of balance sheet and cash flow actual and forecast.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. If no Bachelor's degree, must have Master's degreein Finance or Accounting • Minimum 5 years financial analysis or accounting experience • Must be a CPA or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
• Exposure to Essbase and/or GSAP beneficial • Understanding of the intricacies of cash flow accounting • Capable of analysis of complex financial data, and distillation into easily understandable explanations
