Senior Electrical Test Engineer (development: functional & ICT)

Development of test solutions:
• Develop test specifications and test solutions
• Lead the development, implementation and installation of test equipment in pilot operations and in manufacturing plants
• Reviews circuit boards designs for testability requirements
•Test solution development tasks are done according to budget and schedule commitments
• Tasks comprising test solution development may include, but are not limited to, Design For Test (DFT), design, assembly, debug, validation, deployment, and emergency support of electrical hardware, mechanical hardware, optical hardware and software.
• Develop and lead the creation of the Technical Requirements
• Assist in defining and developing major software components.
• Work with product marketing to understand the customer requirements and translate into design.
Requirements:
* Bachelors of Science degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited four-year college or university.
* 4 years related experience.
* Experience with PCB design and schematic layout
* Experience with test fixture design
* Expert level knowledge reading schematics and understanding the function of circuits and complex IC functions and integrations.
* Travel may be required for product support training & test solution deployment.
* Occasional international travel may be required.
