Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is looking for Senior Financial Analyst to provides highly specialized financial consulting and analysis, forecasting, cost and product analyses, specialized reporting and support for special projects around their mortgage lending operations This position with also develops complex financial analytical and forecasting models to test assumptions and predict results of business initiatives utilizing specialized or unique knowledge and skills. This position is with a stable growing bank in the greater Philadelphia market that offers exceptional benefits and career development. .Duties: * Develops and generates customized reporting tailored to the needs of assigned lines of business.* Ensuring sufficient coverage of specialized financial areas of expertise.* Provides context and explanations for results presented in reports, researching additional factors and opportunities inferred from results. * Provide detailed P&L Analysis along with Ad Hoc analysis as needed* Provide presentations and effectively communicate with management as needed * Provide comprehensive practical knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies, including cost and product analyses* Identify, research, and evaluate new business opportunities, products, and initiativesQualifications & Experience: * 4 year degree in Accounting, or Finance (MBA is a plus)* 5+ years related Financial Analysis Experience (experience in banking/mortgage/lending operations is a plus)* Strong PC and data management skills required - Excel expert * Analytical and problem solving skills. * Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize accordingly * High degree of personal initiative * Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
