Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst
Title: Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst Location: United States-Missouri-St. Louis Other Locations: Equifax is adding a Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst to its Human Resources team in St. Louis. The Senior Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the administration of the quarterly and annual incentives, which includes the development of recordkeeping and documentation of compensation payments. In addition, this person will be responsible for the analysis of incentive payments to include monthly accruals and reconciliations.
Other duties: * Administer the quarterly and annual incentives for the TALX business unit, including the development of the recordkeeping and documentation of compensation payments * Provide detail and support for the accounting and reconciliation of incentive payments; provide budget support for incentives and forecasts of incentive costs at least quarterly * Develop analysis of incentive compensation to provide quarterly and annual metrics to assist management with reviewing the effectiveness of the incentive plans * Comprehend and apply broad company policies to individualized compensation issues * Ad Hoc Reporting and other projects as assigned * Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years experience working in Incentive Compensation role * Knowledge of accounting rules * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent reporting and analysis skills * Expert in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel * Superior work ethic and dedication to the highest work quality and job excellence * Critical thinking and problem solving using logic and reasoning to identify approaches or alternative solutions to problems * Effective interpersonal skills to work with all levels of employees, including senior management * Strong attention to detail * Knowledge of TALX products preferred
