Senior Manager, Product Marketing
Marketing Manager, Business Development is a Strategic Leadership role on the New Business Development team. This highly visible position will have a dedicated focus on our Professional Audio Visual product lines. Manages and mentors subject matter experts, project leads and/or analysts. Works under the general direction of the Director, Functional/Technology Area and has responsibility over the defined sub area in the organization. The experience gained in this position may be leveraged to move into a Senior Management position and increased responsibility with the New Business Development team.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage talent and product resources within New Business Development team
• Manage multiple product models and related services within the team
• Design and take ownership of key product and related services strategies
• Manage the development of multiple product lifecycle plans within the team
• Manage multiple Audio/Visual products and related service strategies within the team
• Manage product lifecycle and provide strategic guidance to the team
• Work with Ricoh Americas Corporation Sales companies on product and related services strategy
• Participate in execution of day to day operations of the department working with the business leads in the assigned area
• Support RCL product and related services negotiations
• Project Management for multiple product and related services launch
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
• Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Business, Information technology or related field required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading successful teams required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing product lines and processes required
• Requires minimum of 3 years of experience and significant depth of knowledge within Professional Audio/Visual product marketing
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives while demonstrating effective planning skills and abilities
• Experience in managing multiple complex projects and programs simultaneously - strong multi-tasking and matrix management skills as well as direct leadership skills
• Must be able to understand internal and external customers by interpreting verbal and non-verbal behavior
• Must have excellent oral communication skills to clearly present information through the spoken word in positive and negative circumstances.
