Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team in Italy. Successful candidate be responsible for: • Achieving a defined sales target for his territory, customer base and target markets. • Maintaining a good relationship with clients and further increasing the sales turnover . • Understanding the requirements of his/her customers and to convincingly explain the technical advantages and commercial benefits of the AspenTech Solutions • Developing and implementing sales strategies for his given territory and accounts • Engaging other parts of the organization in the selling process to obtain the maximum synergy and benefit from it • Maintaining the required level of knowledge and awareness about the entire AspenTech portfolio of products to be able to interact with the customer base in discovering new sales opportunities for AspenTech solutions.
Qualifications:
Degree University / Polytechnical College in Chemical Engineering or comparable technical education with appropriate professional experience. Suitable candidate must be proficient in the native language of the territory he/she is assigned to. Extensive sales experience in Solution selling with track record of success in the Italian market. Good communication skills Well-developed team spirit Systematic and results oriented working style. Ability to work under pressure Flexibility, creativity Ability to find pragmatic and practicable solutions to complex problems. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
