Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Ensure service performance meet customer satisfaction target
Non-technical consistent training and customer service technique training for new hire and existing employee
Run ad hoc reports as needed.
Experience and Education Requirements
Bachelor or above, major in computer science will be preferred
2+ years managing experience of BPO industry, service desk support experience will be preferred
Strong data analytical ability and quality control ability
Good command of English, both writing and speaking
Result-oriented, strong communication skills
