Arsenault Associates is seeking professional Windows developers to join a team developing and enhancing commercial products in a Microsoft Visual Studio environment. The successful candidate will join a high-performance development team modernizing and improving the company’s flagship product suite. Unlike very large software shops, Arsenault’s Technical Development Center offers developers the opportunity for rapid growth and advancement through team involvement in all facets of design and development.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of professional and Visual experience
.NET Framework 3.5+ development (Visual Studio 2008/2010)
SOAP & web service development
Experience designing and implementing software integration projects and interfacing to middleware
SQL Server 2005/2008, relational database design, T-SQL programming, and Reporting Services
Must possess a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles and have experience with Windows forms design and development
Competent in mainstream aspects of IT infrastructure, such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, Network Security, SaaS architectures, Network Storage, etc.
Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to interface with customers’ employees at various levels
Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently
