Experience in the operation and tactical application of ASW Systems, SUW Systems, MCM Systems, and Combat Systems including Aegis Command and Decision, COMBATSS-21, and ICMS. Knowledge of all aspects of at-sea and shore-based, mission package, combat system, and platform characterization, assessment and certification testing operations is required.
Knowledge and experience in the last three years in conducting and documenting longevity tests in accordance with guidance from the Program Executive Office instructions.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret level security clearance.

We are currently seeking a Senior Test Engineer to support the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Package (MP) certification and test and evaluation activities at government and vendor sites in Panama City, FL.
Responsibilities:
Develop Test Documentation. This would include but not be limited to Test Plans, Requirements Verification Matrices, Test Procedures, Analysis Reports, and Test Reports. Analyze and classify software and hardware anomalies and specifically apply these anomalies to criteria established. Direct the technical work of junior level engineers in similar activities.
Development of test planning requirements including review of requirements documents; development of test requirements matrices; and development of test plans/procedures and data analysis plans. Test planning and development of documentation will include adjudication of comments on draft documentation from various commands and activities.
Knowledge and experience in the last three years in conducting and documenting longevity tests in accordance with guidance from the Program Executive Office instructions.
