Job Description: Skyworks' new Power, Lighting, & Display business unit has an opening for a Senior Test Development Engineer to design and implement multisite automated test systems for wafersort and final test which will be used for characterization, reliability analysis, and production of new semiconductor designs. Test system development will utilize the Eagle ETS88 or Credence ASL1000. New product development utilizes a team approach where you will be working interactively with design, product, applications, and marketing engineers. Production release to our overseas subcontractor requires strong documentation skills and potential travel for optimum release and/or support. Additional responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers and developing innovative solutions for improved manufacturing reliability and cost structures. The ability to travel freely between the US, mainland China, Taiwan, Mexico, and Malaysia is required. Job Requirements: 1. Analog and Digital electronics theory 2. C++ program development 3. Lab bench equiment utilization (oscilloscope, meters, supplies, etc.) 4. Strong oral and written communication skills
