Description
DUTIES: Participate in the software development life cycle from creation to release phase; design, develop and test traffic data applications interfacing with Oracle and MySQL databases using Java programming, Hadoop, PL/SQL and shell scripting; work with product managers from the creation phase of the product and help cross-functional teams refine business requirements; develop design documents, detailed documentation to control the architecture and quality of work delivered by external teams; write online applications and services using Java technologies; evaluate and recommend processes and technologies to improve group productivity.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and two years experience in designing, developing and testing traffic data applications interfacing with Oracle and MySQL databases using Java programming, Hadoop, PL/SQL and shell scripting.
