Kelly IT Resources is currently recruiting for Software Test Engineers in the greater Hillsboro, OR area.
Position: Kelly IT Resources is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to be a member of an Agile development team supporting the Graphics Performance Analyzer tool development.
Candidates should have a strong background in Windows, C/C++/C# programming/debugging and scripting languages like Perl/Python. A background in game development or other graphics application development is desired with an understanding of the DirectX or OpenGL APIs. Familiarity with Agile , Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Linux/Meego/Android are a plus.
Responsibilities: Work as an embedded member of the development team with a focus on validating the quality and interoperability of new features being enabled. This will involve the development of automated unit/feature tests, root causing issues found and providing fixes for them as applicable. In Agile terms we need to develop the low level automated content to find & fix regressions through continuous integration, to verify that ""Acceptance Criteria"" are met and to demonstrate ""Stories"" are done.
Necessary Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Strong Windows, C/C++/C# and Perl/Python skills Game development background is a plus Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development process is a plus Familiarity with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration is a plus Exposure to Linux, Meego and Android operating systems is a plus
