Specialist, Business Intelligence
Hamilton Sundstrand is among the largest global suppliers of technologically advanced aerospace and industrial products. We design and manufacture aerospace systems for commercial, regional, corporate and military aircraft and are a major supplier for international space programs. Our industrial products serve industries ranging from hydrocarbon, chemical and food processing to construction and mining.
We are seeking a high energy, self motivated individual to join our Business Intelligence Team. This individual will be part of a small team responsible for all aspects of Business Intelligence at Hamilton Sundstrand. This team supports process analysis, tool selection, business & technical design, and successful implementation of HS Business Intelligence projects. This person will also participate in the Business Intelligence portion of Hamilton Sundstrand' upcoming SAP implementation.
Tasks include:
* Project planning and execution
* Software & partner selection
* Development & Maintenance of new Data Warehouse & ETL environments and policies
* System design and specification
* Management of onsite and offshore programming resources
* Technical and functional problem solving analysis
* Ensuring compliance to our SDLC, standard work & ACE requirements

Qualified candidates are required to have:
* 5+ years of IT experience with business intelligence systems.
* Data warehouse analysis, design and data modeling.
* Experience with SQL Server 2005/2008.
* Experience with Informatica and/or Microsoft ETL Tools.
Experience in the following is a plus:
* SAP Business Objects & Microsoft BI tools.
* Experience working in an aerospace environment.
* JD Edwards and/or SAP ERP platforms.
* Endeca Latitude.
* EBX or other MDM Tools.
