Sports Performance Coach/Trainer
We are an exciting and innovative speed, agility, acceleration, and strength training company dedicated to sport performance enhancement with a primary focus on the young athlete. We utilize the latest technologies from Athletic Republic, Dart fish video analysis, Free Motion functional circuit training, 3PQ advanced plyometric training, and sport-specific training on our indoor turf and track. The coaching/training staff consists of dynamic, dedicated coaches who are passionate about teaching and training proper technique, increasing strength, speed, agility, and game speed acceleration to the next generation of rising athletes. Our coaches/trainers and athletes have access to latest sport technologies that previously were only available to the elite or professional athlete. We are seeking an experienced coach/trainer to develop our programming.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates must be energetic, personable, highly motivated with strong attention to detail who played or coached at a level equivalent to college; must be a certified trainer or strength and conditioning coach or have coaching experience; must have superior customer service and communication skills; must maintain professional and courteous manner at all times; B or BS in an exercise science or related field is preferred.
Primary Responsibilities: Manage athlete training sessions, including running form, strength training, sport specific skills and more; manage customer service initiatives through front desk involvement and regular client outreach; assist the Program Director in the development of the all sports program; create leads, conduct sales and communicate with clients, prospects, coaches and parents; build and manage relationships with existing clients and external prospects; accurately and efficiently execute customer transactions, registrations and payments; provide excellent customer service to all clients and respond to comments and complaints; assist in marketing Athletic Republic at industry forums, special events, etc.; manage Dart fish video analysis to analyze clients' running mechanics & recognize growth potential; other duties as deemed necessary by management.
