Kelly IT Resources has a 2 year contract position in Allentown, PA for a Senior BizTalk Developer. Please review the following job description closely and let's talk if this is a good fit for you:
Description This assignment position will be part of a Technical/Development team working on Enterprise Application Integration solutions utilizing the company's BizTalk middleware platform. • Quickly learn Company BizTalk standards and procedures and apply them when developing the integrations. • Many of the integrations will need to leverage BizTalk SAP LOB Adaptors. • Work with functional teams responsible for regression testing to understand and resolve any issues uncovered during testing. • Responsible for documenting their solutions for on-going support purposes.
Key skills required: • Development experience with Microsoft .NET Framework and Visual Studio IDE, using C# as the development language. Minimum 5 years development experience. • Knowledge and experience in applying object-oriented design and implementation techniques. • Ability to apply group development standards and work constructively within a development team. • Experience in developing Microsoft BizTalk 2006-2010 solutions. Knowledge of BizTalk 2006-2010 architecture and implementation models. • Experience with developing pipeline components, orchestrations, schemas, and maps. Minimum 4 years BizTalk development experience. • General experience with XML and schemas (DTD, XSD). XML programming (DOM: creating, manipulating, etc). • Experience with WCF and BizTalk WCF custom or LOB adapters a strong plus.
Other Skills/Experience: • Good analytical skills, Self-starter with the ability to work independently / without a lot of direction. • Good written and verbal communication. • Team player. Works well within a team to accomplish common goals and milestones.
