Sr. ERP Program Manager - FINANCE 690
Responsibilities
Sr. ERP Finance Program Manager for the ERP, CRM and Human Capital Management implementations
Collaborate with the SAP ERP project team in implementing the finance modules correctly
Partner with the IT Director to address and solve ssues
Generate and manage the rollout plan for the Finance workstream in alignment with the overall program plan
Manage and develop the Finance team including conducting performance and development meetings
Monitor and control the budget
Effectively utilize SAP Finance modules
Possess strong project management skills with a track record of success in delivering projects.
Possess excellent interpersonal, organization and analytical skills.
Effectively build relationships and carry out presentations and proven stakeholder management.
Provide SME (subject matter expertise) and implementation support for the finance functions
Provide insight and expertise in best case business practices in the area of finance
Required Skills
University degree in Business Studies, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
Financial background experience financial processes and general accounting
Experience utilizing SAP Business Suite - with emphasis on Procure to Pay and Order to Cash applications - is preferred
Project Management certification is preferred
Thorough knowledge of budget handling processes
Knowledge of finance processes, structures and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to arrive at solutions to finance-related functional areas
Must be comfortable running multiple projects at one time.
