Job Description
The primary responsibility is the coordination and management of the BioScience Global Advertising and Promotion Review Process (AdProm) and performing the following responsibilities:
•Overall planning and scheduling of Global AdProm activities supporting the approval and distribution of marketing and communication materials
•Coordinating and managing overall Global AdProm process in compliance with respective Global Guidelines
•Managing all aspects of scheduled AdProm meetings including meeting calendar, team communications, documentation of review committee comments, and management of final sign-offs
•Managing review items including assignment of tracking numbers, coordination of receipt and distribution of review items, maintenance of tracking log, and facilitation of team communications Develoing and maintaining required documentation including Master Reference Binders, collateral inventory system, tracing literature usage and managing literature reprint production
Job Requirements
•1-3 years experience in Marketing and/or Marketing Communications or related field
•Experience in Advertising and Promotionals approval process is preferred
•Experience in compliance with corporate SOPs
•Understanding of global/regional advertising and promotion guidelines
•Builds strong relationships and effectively participates and communicates in cross-functional, global team environment
•Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
•Ability to work on daily activities with little supervision
•Ability to coordinate activities that are confidential and time sensitive
•Excellent communication skills with all levels of management and stakeholders
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
•Undergraduate degree in Marketing Communications or related field is preferred.
