SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
Accretive Technology Group, Inc. is a fast-paced, established Downtown Seattle web company looking to expand our development department to keep up with the many projects on our list. We are smart people with a plan, looking for developers who want to share our profits and help the company grow.
As a senior software developer on our team you will:
Design, develop, deploy, manage and maintain portions of high-volume 24x7 web sites
Participate in requirements gathering, project scoping, and task estimation.
Come up with ideas on how to improve existing software (tools, technologies, refactoring)
Clearly articulate your ideas and thoughts verbally and in writing.
Balance priorities and meet deadlines
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience developing with an object-oriented language
Experience with PHP strongly preferred; must be willing to work in PHP
Proven ability to debug, design, and refactor large software systems
Experience with RDBMS, SQL; (MySQL preferred)
2+ years with JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, CSS experience preferred
Experience developing in a UNIX environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in CS or related technical field
