Major Job Duties Include:
Central sales liaison managing cross divisional issues between nine automotive divisions within the Bosch Group. Key areas of focus include
'Coordination of customer and commercial issues on a global basis; including terms and conditions, standard quote processes, legal issues, logistics, etc. 'Lead Bosch's North American activities related to GM's business plan targets in the achievement of technical cost reduction targets and GMPT Genesis activities. 'Act as the global central sales interface for Delphi Corporation. 'Utilize Project Management skills to work on a wide variety of issues that may impact manufacturing, engineering, finance, sales, legal, quality, logistics, etc. on a global basis. 'Develop relationships with key customer contacts in areas of purchasing, manufacturing,
The successful candidate must also have strong leadership and communication skills and be capable of leading co-workers in a globally-matrixed environment. Must be highly motivated and have the ability to positively and professionally represent Bosch to the customer.
Minimum Requirements Include:
'Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years experience in automotive OE Sales or similar background required. 'Project Management experience with strong written and oral communication skills. 'A background in engineering and financial reporting with prior GM experience on multiple product lines preferred. 'Experience negotiating terms and conditions with the customer and German language skills a plus. 'Some international travel required.
