Overview:

The SRA II will assist in recruiting patients, administer questionnaires, perform neurocognitive testing for the study of the Effect of Prophylactic, Perioperative Propranolog on Reduction in Peri-and Postoperative Complications in Patients with PTSD.
Essential Functions:


* Essential support person to PI. Supervises research assistant. Assists in recruiting subjects, administering self-report questionnaires, Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale, Structured Clinical Interview for DSM Disorders and neurocognitive testing. Coordinator will assess for delirium, coma, pain, and collect other required data, score assessments and maintain study database. Position requires familiarity/interest in working with PTSD and on interdisciplinary teams. Looking for an individual who takes initiative, can work both autonomously and collaboratively, is highly organized and detailed oriented. Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions. Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent projects. Proven relationship-builder with unsurpassed interpersonal skills a must.
* May need to drive occasionally to see patients in order to conduct follow up assessments
Qualifications:

* MA or MS in clinical psychology or related field preferred.
* Experience administering Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale (CAPS) and Structured Clinical Interview for DSM Disorders (SCID) is highly preferred.
