Supervisor Outpatient Specialty Centers
This position is a first line Nursing management position-RN required. The incumbent has daily responsibility for the coordination of care for patients and families. In conjunction with the Outpatient Operations Manager, the incumbent shall plan, organize, direct, and evaluate people and activities for the departments to ensure the daily delivery of high quality, cost-effective outpatient care. In conjunction with the Outpatient Operations Manager, the incumbent has fiscal responsibility for resources that are defined during the budget process. The position is accountable for scheduling, coordinating, and maintaining the resources necessary on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
