* Responsible for performing special investigative research and training projects in response to incidents and accidents. * Accountable for observing, documenting and reporting with accuracy and without bias or preconception the true performance of audited employees and crews. * Responsible for developing and maintaining expert knowledge on policies, procedures, codes, standards and legislation affecting all audited categories. * Responsible for identifying and analyzingtrends in audit results and making training and other recommendations to address performance deficiencies and opportunities for staff development. * Responsible for responding to requests from outside agencies such as the TSSA to investigate customer complaints and other issues. * Responsible foracting as a Subject Matter Advisor for Engineering staff and Field Supervisors and their reports. Qualifications
* Field experience would be helpful * Hold Current G1 License ( Preferred ) * Hold Current GPI Ticket ( Preferred) * Excellent working knowledge of Company policies and procedures and demonstrated experience in the following areas: * Construction * Fleet & Equipment * Maintenance * Measurement & Regulation * Service * Work Management Centre * Excellent working knowledge of applicable codes and standards (such as the Z-662 and B-149). * Excellent working knowledge of applicable legislation (such as Occupational Health and Safety Act, Environmental Protection Act, and the Energy Act). * Demonstratedcommitment to the delivery of excellent customerfocused service. * Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement of processes, policies and procedures * Demonstrated commitment to continued education and learning.
