Supplier Quality Specialist 2
The Supplier Quality Specialist at Argon ST will perform company Quality Assurance (QA) duties and will be responsible for generating and analyzing corporate Vendor metrics. Data to be analyzed include in-process failure data, as well as on-time delivery and incoming inspection data. Analysis of vendor performance will be reviewed monthly with the programs. Vendor status will be adjusted according to defined thresholds. Monthly reports will be reviewed with management and stored in SharePoint. The Supplier Quality Specialist will maintain the Argon ST Approved Vendors List, reviewing and approving Vendor Quality Surveys, and updating vendor status on the Approved Vendors List based on the analysis of the vendor metrics. The Vendor Supplier Specialist will coordinate with the Purchasing department to ensure that appropriate Quality Provisions for Argon's key vendors are assigned to Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions.

Basic Qualifications For ConsiderationDo you have a current Top Secret (TS) security clearance or current Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) access?
Do you meet the criteria described in the 'Typical Education / Experience' section of this requisition?
Do you have a minimum of one year experience in ISO, CMM ML3, CMM, or QA?
Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Other Job related information
Ability to use company CASE tools (JIRA, SPR, APRF) is preferred. Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers is preferred. Ability to perform QA duties with minor supervision is preferred. Strong Supplier Quality Management experience and a background in large scale, critical software systems in the C5ISR industry is preferred.
