The Tax Manager will manage multiple audit engagements from the planning stage to the issuance of the financial statements in diverse industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Devote their time to reviewing returns of existing individual and small businesses (partnership & corporations) prepared by senior tax associates.
Oversee the preparation and review of tax work prepared by two experienced tax accountants (CPA's).
Will be responsible for researching tax laws to help clients mitigate tax implications associated with a particular stance.
Regular communication with Tax Partners , peers, and clients
Will be involved in recruiting, training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance. Consult with clients on tax planning matters.
Must be actively involved in the community through associations and networking groups for the purpose of developing new clients, which may include socializing, networking, and making professional presentations.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA
5+ years of accounting experience, with the majority of those years in public accounting
1+ years of tax review experience (individual, c-corp, s-corp, and partnership)
Must be detailed, but able to manage multiple concurrent projects without missing deadlines
