58608BR Business Title Technical Supply Specialist Group TSG Location USA NORTH CAROLINA Fayetteville Clearance Level Needed Secret Category Contracts, Purchasing, Legal & Proposal Services Job Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for a high volume of receipt processing and file maintenance for a wide variety of materials, supplies and services. Has daily contact with vendors and procurement professionals; identifies inaccuracies with commodities, overdue delivery schedules, source documents and invoices. Requests corrected documents or parts to reconcile Purchase Orders and completes data input in a timely manner. Responsible for updates to status reports, databases and spreadsheets. Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and vendors. Works in a team environment with independent assignments. Reviews and updates transportation data and parts within ManTech''s proprietary database. Assists associates with commodity inventories, receipts, online shipment processing, commercial invoice preparation and research. Advises vendors on destination of orders, damages upon receipt or return of incorrect commodities. Works closely and supports the Procurement Team with all aspects of Logistical Support. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Position Requirements: Fulfills the function of a supply Clerk. • 2-4 years of related experience. • Experience in the receipt, accountability, and inventory of equipment and spare parts. • Experience in data entry to query and enter information for supply, acquisition and inventory purposes, • Preferred experience in requisition of supplies to include packaging, shipping and receiving. • Preferred familiarity with military or commercial logistics supply system as well as automated and manual supply systems and equipment serviceability standards and criteria. • Preferred experience in recording, maintaining and initiating work order documentation for acquisition of items from vendors. • Preferred experience in operating material handling equipment with associated commercial or military license. • Prefer to have working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). • Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple projects. • Must be able to work in a team environment with independent assignments. • Proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, Excel and common software applications and other office equipment. Security Requirements: Secret Security Clearance Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and zero to two years of related experience.
