Primary Job Responsibilities Construction, operations, and maintenance of antennas and cell site equipment and other telecommunications systems. Constructs, troubleshoots, calibrates, tests and maintains telecommunications equipment or systems: operates related test equipment; conducts tests and reports data in prescribed format: Uses predetermined methods, sequences and setups to perform inspections or tests: Collects and prepares data for evaluation: Makes, records, and reports observations.
Basic Qualifications
High-School Diploma
12 + years experience with installing, maintaining, and operateing telecommunications equipment
Ability to climb and work at heights, valid driver's license with clean driving record
Associate Degree in Electronics or Related Field preferred
Climbing Safety and Rescue Training and Certification
Anritsu Sweep Test Equipment Training and Certification
HVAC and/or Generator Troubleshooting and Maintenance Skills
Class B CDL with Air Brakes Endorsement
Other Essential Functions Position requires driving between worksites, availability for 24/7 response, and some possible travel outside of primary market for limited periods of time.
