Provides assistance to the residents of Equity Residential properties and their guests. Serves as the first point of customer service contact to our residents, their guests and potential residents. Ensures the security of the building and company assets. Other duties may vary depending on the specific property. High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one (1) year customer service, security, or reception oriented experience preferred. Basic typing/word processing skills required. (for training purposes). Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills required.
