Vice President of Operations / Audit
Uline seeks a Vice President of Operations / Audit at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and direct operational audit functions.
Establish, measure, monitor and audit departmental performance standards.
Analyze, audit and direct all statistical reports.
Identify, analyze and recommend operational improvements.
Recommend cost-saving initiatives and assist department leaders with implementation.
Work with Executive Team on new research and development projects.
Collaborate with all Operational leaders in Distribution, Customer Service, Purchasing, IT and Human Resources.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree. Master’s degree preferred.
Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) preferred.
10+ years relevant experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Access and Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
Available for travel to Uline’s domestic and international branches.
