Vice President of Enterprise Sales

Our client is seeking a brilliant, agile, energetic Sales Executive to lead and scale their organization in the white hot HRM space. As the Vice President of Enterprise Sales you will work closely with the executive team to build a world class direct and channel sales organization. The company's offering is 3-dimensional and optimizes both social media and gamification in its delivery strategy.

The Opportunity:

The VP of Enterprise Sales will have oversight of the major account sales division through management of team members, revenue goals, and will further build out the Enterprise Sales Team. The VP of Sales will oversee the senior account executive sales team members to rapidly acquire new, major account clients by presenting the SaaS ecosystem through innovative sales processes. You will also manage client relationships, seek out and document client requirements, and develop revenue generation through the direct sales process.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Successful work experience in a SaaS software sales environment
  • 10+ years of combined work experience in Sales Operations and Management including: Complex contracts negotiations; Business experience developing business plans; Proposals for investment; Coverage models specifically in the SaaS environment
  • SaaS direct enterprise sales ($100,000+ Y1CV accounts) experience required
  • Experienced in creating actionable plans for sales reps to excel
  • Must be able to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function
  • Expert with or similar contact management software and Marketo or similar marketing automation software
  • A team leader, motivator, and mentor to sales reps
  • Proven ability to drive change and achieve results
  • Ability to multi-task and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Abiliy to travel 50-60% of the time
