Requirements:

Onion Crunch seeks an outstanding sales executive for the role of Vice President of Sales, Midwest Region-reporting directly to our CEO . Ideal candidate will be based in Illinois, have 10-15+ years of sales experience in the food industry selling to customers and distributors in the Midwest geography. Channel coverage focus: grocery/convenience/naturals/club and drug-including customers such as Supervalu, Meijer, Costco, Schnucks, Walgreens and regional convenience chains. Strong knowledge of execution with wholesalers and distributors in these markets is required, as well as the ability to manage and work successfully with a broker sales organization in selected customer channels. Experience in selling to regional food service accounts in this geography is also desired.



Bachelors degree in business or related field required for this role.



The successful candidate will be one who is motivated by developing new business and who thrives on being in an aggressive �mind to market" entrepreneurial environment.



Compensation package potential of $200K+/yr +annually comprised of base salary and commission on sales. Equity position in company will also be awarded as an additional incentive. Company also provides competitive medical and benefits plan.
