VP ON AIR CREATIVE
- Leading creative brainstorming sessions with the Network SVP, Editorial Director, Art Director and producers. - Delegate workload, as appropriate, to Senior Writer Producers, Producers, Associate Writer/Producers and Production Assistants. - Supervise and review production work to ensure all goals are met and creative quality is upheld to a high standard of the brand. - Partner with SVP, and Operations staff to ensure project campaigns are deliver on time and on budget. - Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all production team members including Project Management, Editorial and Design teams. - Work with Project Manager to meet all project deadlines, including delivery of scripts, rough cuts and final cuts to the appropriate parties. - Share creative materials, assets and/or resources with the digital Team. - Conduct performance reviews and help set goals for creative staff (4-5 subordinates).
