Job Responsibilities: The TS and Commercial Coordinator will move from Commercial and Residential warranty departments assisting with all functions in the respective departments.
Duties/Responsibilities for Residential and Commercial
Incoming mail a. Releases/Signatures b. Forward mail to appropriate person File all processed claims via scanned filing system in conjunction with our outside vendor - Reliable a. Close files and Existing files c. Storage - Maintain and update on-line filing system Process AP/AR reports (2 days week for AP/ 5 days a week for AR) a. Error Report and Reconcile Payments/Releases c. Check/correct errors forward email to TS Rep d. Notify IT for any issues . Keep AP/AR informed of any issues . Review the process and suggest changes Handle Commercial and Sure Start NDL warranty Claims a. Take calls and review with b. Setup leak inspections and repairs c. Maintain NDL files d. Process and deposit NDL warranty fees on a weekly basis Provide Class Action Temporary employees with daily job duties and up-to-date information regarding the class action status
Call Center (Basic Calls) a. Claim kits b. Warranty questions c. Basic application Ordering/Supplies (Claims kits/Letterhead/envelopes/literature) Process Gelco Checks Process Credits from Vouchers received Update ARCS - receive no charge material shipments Process CSD requests from Legal Department
The TSC will have responsibilities that will directly affect the processing time of all information coming through and out of Technical Services.
One of the primary functions of this position is to represent our Company in a positive and professional manner under trying and stressful situations. The primary goal is to solve problems in an equitable and satisfactory manner and not to "win arguments".
The person in this position must always maintain a calm and professional attitude in the representation of our company. The TSCC must have detailed knowledge of the entire CertainTeed roofing line of products and processes and must be familiar with the proper application procedures involving our products.
The minimum level of formal education would be a high school diploma, but a two or four year college degree would be highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in the operation of personal computers and a variety of software programs, including Word & Excel with the ability to learn new software. Excellent people skills and an attitude of diplomacy are essential. Successful completion of CertainTeed's Quality Master and Master Shingle Applicator programs will be required.
It is very important that the TSCC understands that they will need to be very flexible. The given demands of each department will require this person to be able to multi-task 100% of the time. City: Valley Forge
