Write scripts accurately covering trials and the news of the day in a way that is journalistically sound, conversational and showcases the wow, now, relevance and impact of the story. Write teases that support and advance the network s tease objectives and goals. Ensure that video and graphic elements best illustrate the news by being accurate, timely, and in context. Ensure that production cues and on-screen fonts are accurate, formatted properly, spell checked and completed prior to air, and that banners are active, engaging and informative. Communicate all pertinent information to members of the team who are affected by a given situation. Write copy for network online needs and digital extensions (blogs, newsletters, web page, etc.).
