Served as President & Co-Founder of Human Capital Solutions, LLC, a recruitment advertising and branding company serving the hiring needs of employers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

Had full P&L & operating responsibility for all functions of the business, including technology, marketing, event planning, finance and sales.

Human Capital Solutions, LLC (HCS) provided recruiting solutions through its employment web site, JobCircle.com. JobCircle.com had over 1.3 million active job seeker members, and over 80,000 open job opportunities in the Mid-Atlantic United States in Information Technology, Biotech\Pharma, Nursing & Healthcare, Finance, and more. JobCircle.com processed over 500,000 job alerts nightly, and received almost 1M unique visitors at its peak traffic period.

HCS also provided large scale job fair events and recruitment advertising solutions, including email marketing and voicemail marketing products & services to help clients target candidates based on industry, geography, and skill level.

Human Capital Solutions also responsible for the production, sales and execution of SocialMedia+. (http://www.SocialMediaPlus.com). SocialMedia+ was Mid-Atlantic Region's largest Social Media Information summit for business professionals.

JobCircle.com was sold to a subsidiary of Beyond.com in December, 2012.

JobNet.com was a career-centric social network that focused on connecting you with conversations, content, community and careers relating to the professional you.

Worked within the Internet Development group as a project-based consultant, where I was responsible for assisting clients with assessing their needs relating to Internet Applications development projects, and was responsible for business needs analysis, project planning, team leadership, and design and development for various Internet related applications, using multiple platforms and technologies. Worked for various Fortune 500 clients during my tenure, including Wyeth, GMAC, Smith-Kline Beecham, and Institute of Scientific Information (ISI).

During the last year of my tenure with the company, was moved to a business development role, reporting to the CEO, to assist Account managers in finding and developing new business opportunities for the company.

Provided accounting support for the Controller's office, the office responsible for the accounting and audit functions for the County of Chester. Responsibilities included recording journal entries into enterprise accounting system, auditing irregularities with financials, and general accounting support to the internal accounting team. Also responsible for providing basic technology support and application development solutions using BASIC to develop auditor time tracking tools and assist with writing technical scripts to import and export data for compiling required governmental regulatory reports.

As an Applications Engineer, worked in the Internet group and was primarily responsible for providing web site design and HTML coding for clients in the Philadelphia area. Provided instructional sessions and educational seminars within client locations to educate client employees on the use of the Internet\Intranet applications that were built. Also assisted in desktop and server upgrade projects and corporate-wide infrastructure upgrades for clients of employer.
