Accomplishments included:
• Developed and implemented the site’s Business Continuation / Risk Assessment Program.

• Coordination of all site training needs including: high-performing teams; leadership skills; quality and process improvement; skilled trades; computer systems and software; environmental, health and safety; basic skills, GED, vocational, and collegiate.
• Coordinated definition of Related Training and Work Processes for the Joint Apprenticeship Agreement resulting in registration of five classifications with the U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training.

• Facilitated and supported change-management efforts resulting in the elimination of one layer of management within the facilities.

• Developed a comprehensive quality training program consisting of modules in math, print reading, precision measurement, electronic gauging, SPC, and applications of the factory information system which were articulated for college credit and accredited with Columbia State Community College and Middle Tennessee State University.
