PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Procurement and Subcontract Management · Responsible for all contract management, procurement operations, and supplier management for a $•••••B state-of-the-art cleanroom semiconductor manufacturing plant. Activities also included the implementation of specific project procurement procedures, interface with the site project management team, cross-functional groups, and contractors to ensure achievement of procurement and project expectations compliance. · Lead and participated in successful negotiation of contract claims. As the procurement representative, the resolution team identified opportunities through scrutiny of cost, scope, and schedule issues which resulted in an overall claim avoidance of nearly $5M for a semiconductor tool installation program. · Supervised a procurement team responsible for bulk materials necessary for the installation of wafer fabrication tools.
