I started at the Pro-Desk; my responsibilities included working with and acquiring new contractors and building a professional relationship with all. I have had extensive training in customer service, and product knowledge, as a pro-desk associate I was responsible for opening new credit, calling and servicing contractors keeping them free from having to wait for long periods. In my 2 years I was able to receive training in several of the trades, carpeting, plumbing, electrical, and several other trades. I have also had training as a Supervisor and was responsible for overseeing the Mill Work dept. I insured all safety rules were being followed, scheduling, Customer service, my duties were many I was responsible for maintaining stock on shelves, did much of the ordering in my dept, assisted customers, provided in-home services such as Window & Door installs, also insured quality service to the customer, made many in-home visits before, during and after service was complete. I attended many H.R. related training classes, including sexual harassment, work violence and many other trainings classes. I also have the ability to drive forklifts was licensed to drive; I was given extensive Safety training.

Field Superintendant
As a field superintendent I was responsible for running several crews, on several different job sites, I insured that work was being completed in a timely manner as well as a professional manner, Quality work was guaranteed and I was quality control inspector on all sites. Site Supervisor
As a janitorial supervisor, I made sure all safety codes were being followed. I was responsible for employee time sheets, payroll Quality control of work being performed; I was a liaison between building inspectors and the company I represented. I was responsible performing daily inspections of work being performed; I am able to work with both a floor machine, and a carpet machine to clean floors. I was responsible for training of new employees. Insured that all buildings were being cleaned, maintained properly.
I am fluent in speaking both English and Spanish, can read and write both, I have experience with computers; have an extensive amount of experience in customer service.
