Coordinated the development of the CM Plan and standard operating procedures (SOP), and monitored the CM program to identify and resolve CM problems. Established procedures for the identification, introduction and implementation of configuration items into the CM baseline; reviewed and analyzed the impact of change documentation (engineering drawings, specifications, interface control documents, engineering change proposals, deviation, waivers and change notices) and communicated CM concerns to the customer, engineering and quality affiliates to determine if change is warranted and within CM guidelines (MIL-STD•••••, CM Plan, etc•••••). Tracked hardware, software, documentation, changes requests and trouble reports through the CM project lifecycle using customized applications provided by or developed for the customer and provided monthly status accounting reports based on the customer’s requirements.
