OPC Office Manager – Full managerial approval of policies, procedures and personnel. Resolve customer call back complaints. Data entry for tour bookings, reschedules, cancellations, new tours, daily sales report and verify DSR matches daily tour manifest. Check data entry of other office personnel to ensure accuracy. Assist in weekly scheduling of office and ••••• (OPC) Off Premises Concierge personnel. Adjust schedules to move personnel to cover open shifts. Rewrote the OPC Manual and maintain it with current changes. Maintain and keep updated the OPC gifting list. Responsible for gifting accuracy when OPC’s book tours with clients. Approve over gifting of clients to insure they will take a tour. Created a map of Sedona and the surrounding communities to direct clients to local activities. Created spread sheets to track tours, OPC bookings and bookings per locations.
Use of MS Word, Excel, copier, fax, multi-line phones and document laminator.
Shows and Events Coordinator – For Marketing personnel to offer timeshare tours to clients.
Maintenance and Supply Supervisor – Ensure all OPC sites have all the documentation, vendor books, rack cards and maps used to pitch timeshare tours to clients. Insure all evaporative coolers and gas heaters are in working order and repair if necessary. Replaced switches on all the evaporative coolers that were out of warranty with the exact manufacturers part without incurring any cost. Consolidated five storage sheds down to one and completed an inventory and asset valuation of all contents.
