Is an automated system powered by an AS••••• system, consists of picking the product putting it on a conveyor and the sorter system diverts it to the proper lanes, then the processors at the end of each lane process the product to that customers specifications. Then it is located and then shipped accordingly. Responsible for the training of each associate and also to make sure they meet the required goals individually. I am also responsible for inbound, outbound, payroll, safety, cross training, and staffing with the current temp agency. Began working in varied positions such as a packer, forklift operator, and palletizer.
