Is an automated system powered by an AS••••• system, consists of picking the product putting it on a conveyor and the sorter system diverts it to the proper lanes, then the processors at the end of each lane process the product to that customers specifications. Then it is located and then shipped accordingly. Responsible for the training of each associate and also to make sure they meet the required goals individually. I am also responsible for inbound, outbound, payroll, safety, cross training, and staffing with the current temp agency. There are also many other areas of tasks that make the whole process come together.

Inventory Control Supervisor

There are various other vendors inventory we also maintain. Currently is a manual process which will change to a Red Prairie WMS. On a daily basis do cycle counts and audits, work with customer service for each vendor and assist in the preparing of the SOP for each vendors job function.

Implemented a labor management incentive program in which the associate needed to maintain a •••••% efficiency rate on a weekly basis in which safety and quality were a critical part in the incentive plan.

Supervisor/Manager Warehouse

Began working in varied positions such as a packer, forklift operator, and palletizer. Then was promoted to a supervisor in the rehandle department in which we reprocessed old inventory into new inventory. Then was promoted to a warehouse supervisor/manager for two of their many offsite warehouses. I was responsible for the planning and organizing of product in a large quantity to be processed in many types of assortments according to the vendors specifications. I oversaw the inbound, order process, and outbound of product to some of the largest vendors in the country such as ( Walmart, Kmart, Sears, and JC Penney just to name a few. ) We shipped to their stores using UPS, RPS, and many LTL carriers, and used many different over the road carriers to ship to their distribution centers. I was responsible for the staffing, training, hiring, safety, and educating the employees on company policies and standards. This was a non union environment in which I was responsible for ••••• associates. We used RF that was compatible with the AS•••••, and PKMS warehouse management systems.
