Nov ••••• - Present Sports Authority Auburn, WA Merchandising Manager I started out as a cashier lead and have moved up. Ive held the positions of, cashier lead, apparel lead, team sports lead, operations manager, hard lines manager, and I am currently the merchandising manager. Im currently directly in charge of the merch processing team. They are in charge of moving freight to the floor, price changes, recalls, and other receiving related jobs. I also do store opening and closing operations, i.e. counting down till and creating deposits. My other primary job functions include, overseeing the maintenance of floor standards to ensure customer satisfaction, modeling customer service for associates and promote sales whenever interacting with associates and customers, and am held accountable for increasing sales.
