 Responsible for three new product programs; Mercury Dispensing Program, Bi-Metal Wattage Reducer Program, and the Amalgam Program.
Accomplishments:
 Invented and patented a capsule that would allow for precise Mercury dispensing within fluorescent lamps. The result was an •••••% reduction in mercury usage. This was a major cost reduction, but more importantly it allowed the company to be pro active in reducing Mercury in the environment year’s ahead if it becoming a regulatory requirement.
 Invented a product enhancement that reduced power in a lamp by 4 watts per lamp after lamp was lit. Product became the most energy efficient lamp at that time.
