Dear Hiring Manager,
It is with great interest that I, Prashant Nair, am applying for Telecommunication Engineer position at your firm. I am looking forward to a full-time position that will allow me to combine the experience and skills that I have acquired in the areas of Telecommunication, Information Technology and implementation of programming techniques. I am a Masters student in the Electrical Engineering Department at Arizona State University, Tempe.
During my work experience in networking and Information Technology, I participated in the complete software development life cycle for various business applications and processes. My responsibilities included controlling the WAN, LAN, NSDL, development of the overall application, teaching software’s, testing and implementation. In interactions with the client, I worked with management and technical experts to identify and specify the business requirements and processes, evaluate alternative approaches, and recommend the most efficient and cost effective solution. My work was also focused on diverse development platforms and computing environments, software, hardware, technologies and tools.
I have also worked with nabobs in Bhabha Atomic Research Center on Automation of Nuclear reactors using 8086 microprocessors. My undergraduate seminar was based on VSAT technology and mobile services enhancements in the future. Currently my research work is based on "Security in Wireless Sensor Networks" using the GPS technique for location tracking and novel security model designed specially for sensors. I have three publications this year related to Information Security in wireless world.
