As a customer service manager, I make sure that the front end of wal mart is running smoothly. In doing this you need to be able to multi task, as you will be doing more than one task at one time. The main obligations that we do is to answer all of the questions that our cashiers have, bring them change if they need it, and to make sure that we satisfy our customers the best that we can. As a customer service manager we also need to make sure that the outside is also getting taken care of. We need to make sure they are keeping up with their duties, of taken care of carry outs, and making sure we do not run out of carts.

My duties as a store manager was to make sure the day to day procedures where beign completed. I was accountable for every aspect of that restaurant. I was in charge of making sure we had enough employees, product, and the scheduling. I was also in charge of the other managers that I had in my restaurant. Since there is alot to be accomplished in a restaurant through out a day, I would delegate some of the duties to some of the other managers. I would also serve as a mediator sometimes between my managers and the employees. When either of them had a problem with the other they would come to me. I was also in charge of the money that was in the store at all times. I needed to make sure i had enough change in the store to accomodate for the transactions for the day.
