To Whom It May Concern:
•••••••••• J. Shifflett, known as Pixie to everyone in our offices, has worked very hard
for us for approximately twenty-two months and we really hate to see her go. Pixie is well liked by customers, tenants and employees.
•••••We have over a hundred rental units in four different areas with several different checking accounts and sets of books, which she is totally responsible for. We Also run a construction company and we build up to twenty or thirty homes per year. Pixie is responsible for accounts receivable and payable, collections and credit approvals, Posting the ledger sheets and spreading the costs to each individual job. This is a job Within itself. Payroll and taxes are also included in her duties, along with showing properties and leasing contracts when required.
She is responsible monthly for balancing all the books, financial statements, profit and loss
sheets and job cost spreadsheets.
•••••Pixie never minded working over in the evenings or weekends when the job needed
it. She would even work through lunch while snacking when the job called for it. During the student renting season and tax time, we would call on her to work over and she never complained. She has always been bubbly.
•••••Her professional attitude and capabilities to perform more than one task at a time were greatly appreciated along with her telephone abilities and we are very sorry to be losing her.
I am sorry we cannot provide her with the benefits she would like, but if we did it for her, we would have to do it for all of our employees, and as competitive as the building market is at this time, we just cannot do it.

Sincerely yours,
•••••

I have no reservations in recommending ••••• for employment.

consult.
