Assist President, founder and Corporate General Counsel of a real estate portfolio asset management company, providing property, operations and financial inspections and reporting to owners, lenders, investors and operators of properties in the healthcare, hotel and residential real estate industries.

Prepared property prospectus for potential sale-leaseback transaction.
