TEACHING ACTIVITIES:
Clinical Teaching/Past and Present:
Primary Care in the inner City- Primary Care rotations for the third year residents from Harlem Hospital and visiting fourth year medical students. The medical residents and students learn the art of providing primary health care to the residents of Central Harlem. Besides seeing patients and participating in t4eam meetings, they will participate in a didactic session to discuss management of care in Primary Care environment.
Ward attending at Harlem Hospital performed one month each year. This involves teaching four to five interns, residents, physician assistant students and medical students.
