Construction Inspector. The project involved the retro-fit & structural upgrades to support light rail over the Willamette River. Mr. ••••• served as a Construction Inspector, in the field & Certified Welding Inspector / NDE Tech @ fabrication •••••ected the placement of engineered shoring systems adjacent to bridge foundations, icluding wailer & stem wall support. This included piles, pile cap splice welding, bents,ie; piers , tie-backs, soldier piles & misc. steel. Also inspected tranverse struts, high strength bolt installation & tensioning. He monitored contractors work progress, He ensured compliance with contract requirements, plans and specifications. Also stationed @ fab shop, providing continuous weld inspection, welding operator qualification, weld procedure review & compliance, & assisted w/NDT (UT) of complete penetration welds, as well as visual inspections. Worked off project drawings & insured conformance to multiple codes & standards.

Construction Inspector. This Project is part of the OTIA Bridge Delivery System. Mr. •••••s Construction Inspector duties included, but were not limited to Certified Weld Inspection of pile cap welding, inspection of temporary falsework, bents(piers), piles, shoring, tie-backs & both temp. & permanent roadway supports. He was responsible for ensuring compliance with plans and specifications and that the construction was performed in accordance with safe work practices and in compliance with site specific safety procedures and industry standards.
