During this corporate restructuring period, Also led a restructuring of the accounting department, replacing the Controller and several accounting staff and replacing them. Along with the new Controller, re-evaluated the existing processes and procedures to streamline the department, and to reduce the monthly and year end closing process time by more than •••••%.
